Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise it, you must inform us ([NAME], [STRASSE], [PLZ ORT], email: [E-MAIL]) of your decision by an unequivocal statement — a letter sent by post, or an email. You may use the model form below, though you are not required to.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

Early expiry of the right

If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When you subscribe you are asked explicitly whether the service should start immediately. If you do not agree, syncing begins once the withdrawal period has passed.
